Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas seeks a Director of Operations for the Carolinas Region to ensure operational health and systemic integrity of all programs. You will lead teams, drive quality assurance, and ensure compliance with funding guidelines and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the VP, you will oversee audits, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with program leadership to sustain high-quality services aligned with VOACC’s mission.
