.Responsibilities• Provide outstanding customer service and support to new and existing customers• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and text• Educate customers on products, services, and promotions• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions• Build and maintain strong customer relationships• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates• Meet individual and team performance goals• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications• Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections• Ability to multitask and stay xzbcwsv organized in a fast-paced environment• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic• Coachable and eager to learn
