WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR COMMUNITY MANAGER

We are hiring a Senior Community Manager for a Leading D2C Health & Wellness Company looking for someone passionate about building meaningful communities, driving engagement, and creating a strong sense of belonging.

Location: Gurugram – Work from Office

Experience: 3–6 Years

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow existing community groups across India .

• Drive member participation, engagement and retention .

• Plan weekly conversations, challenges, expert sessions and community activities.

• Identify highly engaged members and develop State & City Community Leaders .

• Build and manage an Ambassador / Member Leader Program .

• Organize city meetups, wellness events, workshops and retreats.

• Develop referral programs to drive community growth.

• Create meaningful opportunities for women to connect, support and empower each other .

• Capture member stories, feedback, transformations and community insights.

• Collaborate closely with Content, Health and Marketing teams .

• Track community metrics and continuously improve engagement and retention .

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ 3–6 years of experience in Community Management, Community Building, Consumer Communities, Events or Membership Ecosystems

✔️ Experience managing WhatsApp and other community platforms

✔️ Strong understanding of member engagement, retention and community growth

✔️ Experience building ambassador programs or community leader networks

✔️ Strong event management and relationship-building skills

We’re looking for someone who:

✨ Has hands-on experience building and growing consumer communities

✨ Understands how to drive engagement and long-term member retention

✨ Has managed WhatsApp groups, ambassadors or community leaders

✨ Has experience organizing meetups, workshops or offline community events

✨ Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively

✨ Can take ownership of community growth and create a genuine sense of belonging
