We are a growing team building out our regulatory and operational infrastructure.The Role We are hiring a Compliance and Onboarding professional in the West Palm Beach area. This person will be a registered individual with the firm and will own compliance and onboarding day to day.Responsibilities
- Support the firm's National Futures Association registration and ongoing regulatory obligations
- Build and maintain compliance policies and procedures, including Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer
- Manage onboarding with trading venues, custodians, and banking partners
- Onboard investors and trading clients, including account documentation and verification
- Monitor trading activity and escalate issues
- Maintain regulatory filings, records, and audit readiness
- Serve as the point of contact with regulators and counterparties on compliance matters
- Active Series 3 license
- Clean background: no regulatory disciplinary history,
