Prerequisites for a Cluster Head - Sales Bachelor's degree in RICS/ real estate/ or similar. Experience of leading a team and working with top management of a company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in Coworking and Commercial Real Estate (Transactions / leasing Manager) is a must. Network of Channel Partners and Corporate Clients Experience in customer account management. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to appeal to startups, SMEs, corporates and should be good in building relationships.
