Our team members are empowered with the training, equipment, technology, and support they need to succeed and advance their careers.If you're looking for more than just a job—if you're looking for a company that recognizes hard work, rewards performance, and provides real opportunities for growth—Pinnacle Landscaping is the place for you!As a Landscape Crew Member at Pinnacle Landscaping, you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:Assist Landscape Crew Leader in execution of landscape enhancement plans as instructed by the supervisor.Operating equipment including commercial zero-turn riding mowers, brake-controlled walk behind mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc.Perform routine maintenance on equipment.Picking up trash and debris, as needed.Plant, lay sod, trim, prune as the job requires.Complete hardscape projects and outdoor lighting, as needed.Complete landscape and lawn installations, as needed.Perform any tasks related to lawn and landscape maintenance operations.Safely use various equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, sod cutters, bush hogs, brick saws, transits, various hand tools, etc.Perform snow removal in the winter months.Follow all company policies and procedures.Perform any other duties as assigned.Job Skills And Personal CharacteristicsAvailability to work a varied schedule including Saturdays, as neededAbility to work in adverse weather conditions including wet, rain, snow, or extreme heat or coldBasic understanding of mechanical equipment maintenanceAbility to identify plants, preferredAbility to read and follow landscape plansPosition RequirementsCommercial landscaping experience preferredValid driver's license is preferred, with acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standardMust be able to pass a drug and alcohol testMust be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistentlyHigh school diploma or GED, preferredMust be able to pass a drug testAbility to operate the equipment listed above, in addition to other commonly used landscaping equipmentWhy Pinnacle?We offer a competitive benefits package to protect you and your family, along with professional growth and advancement!Benefits:Compensation Hourly Rate Range: $19-$21 plus Snow Premium Pay (based on previous experience and driver eligibility)Weekly PayEmployee Assistance ProgramComplete Health Package Options eligibility within 30 days of employmentMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, and more401k plus company 401k match after 90 days of employmentEmployer-paid Basic Life insuranceProfessional DevelopmentCareer Path to Advance Within the CompanyWork ConditionsEmployees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
