Event Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Event Operations Manager is responsible for managing the logistics, venue operations, vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site execution of events. This role ensures all operational requirements are met while delivering an excellent experience for clients, attendees, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute event operations from concept through completion. Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and operational plans. Coordinate with venues, vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Manage event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics. Supervise event staff, volunteers, and temporary personnel. Monitor event budgets and control operational costs. Manage transportation, accommodation, and equipment logistics when required. Maintain strong client relationshi
