Private Credit Deals Lawyer – New York Our Client, a leading global alternative investment manager is looking to hire an ambitious private markets deals counsel into its private credit asset management team in New York. The role sits in the investment business and combines transaction analysis, portfolio monitoring and risk management across a broad range of private credit investments. You will work closely with portfolio managers, investment professionals and senior stakeholders, developing independent views on transactions and portfolio risk while supporting investments throughout their lifecycle. The remit includes direct lending, leveraged finance, amendments and waivers, stressed and distressed situations, restructuring and special situations.
