Broadcast Coordinator

Ad Operations CoordinatorJoin a fast-paced media organization supporting advertising and sponsorship initiatives across linear, streaming, and CTV platforms. This role is responsible for coordinating ad trafficking, campaign execution, commercial inventory management, and operational processes while partnering with sales, production, technology, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of advertising campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Manage ad trafficking and campaign execution across multiple media platforms.Coordinate with sales, production, programming, and ad operations teams to deliver advertising and sponsorship commitments.Support vendor relationships, campaign performance tracking, and workflow optimization.Oversee commercial inventory, advertising formats, and trafficking standards.Develop reporting, KPIs, and quality-control processes to improve execution and efficiency.Support the rollout of new advertising products, formats, and platform capabilities.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in ad operations, media trafficking, campaign management, or broadcast operations.Experience working in WideOrbitExperience working with linear, streaming, CTV, or digital advertising environments.Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced media environment.Bachelor’s degree preferred.This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in advertising operations, campaign execution, and media workflows who enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver seamless advertising solutions.

The hourly range for this position is W2 $30-32.50/hr DOE.
