Job Description
Adventist Health seeks a Manager, RN to lead nursing operations in a mission-driven, faith-based environment. This role oversees clinical staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures excellence in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The Manager, RN provides direct patient care as needed, mentors and evaluates RNs, and supports whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit.
