We're looking for Power BI Specialist Professionals (4-8 Years) with strong skills in Power BI & SQL to join our Planning & Analytics

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI & Advance Excel.

Strong understanding of statistical methods, enhance forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning models within BI platforms.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and management decision-making.

• Automate MIS reporting and ensure timely delivery of accurate performance insights.

• Analyze Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Operational KPIs through data visualization and trend analysis.

• Monitor performance metrics, conduct variance analysis, and highlight key business risks and opportunities.

• Track Planned vs. Actual performance and perform gap-to-goal analysis for Cockpit and Cabin operations.

• Manage large datasets using Power BI, SQL, and related data sources to generate actionable insights.
