Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Technical Consultant for a remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP EWM technical development, ABAP programming, and system integrations, with the ability to design, develop, and support scalable warehouse management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance SAP EWM technical solutions using ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP. Design, develop, and support RICEF objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Implement and support EWM-specific developments such as RF Framework, PPF Actions, BAd Is, User Exits, and custom warehouse processes. Develop integrations between SAP EWM and SAP ERP/S4 HANA, third-party systems, and other SAP applications. Build and support interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData Services, APIs, and Web Services. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis for technical and integration-related challenges. Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare technical documentation, unit test scripts, and deployment documentation.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in SAP EWM Technical Development. Strong expertise in ABAP, OOABAP, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BAd Is, and User Exits. Experience with SAP EWM custom developments, RF Framework, and PPF. Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies including IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData Services, and APIs. Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA Embedded EWM environments. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAP EWM implementation, rollout, or support projects. Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development. Understanding of warehouse management processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and internal warehouse movements.
