We are hiring AVP / Senior Manager — Insurance & Reinsurance Partnershi for one of our client in Bangalore location .

Key Responsibilities

• Insurance & Reinsurance Partnerships .
• Placement and capacity management
• Portfolio, claim and account management.
• Capacity strategy and Market Development

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking, MGA, underwriting, or portfolio management roles.
• Experience managing insurer and/or reinsurer relationships.
• Exposure to treaty/facultative placement and/or reinsurance operations.
• Strong commercial judgment with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Existing market relationships are a plus, but not required.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Reinsurance placement backgrounds(RI/composite brokers, insurers’ RI teams, etc)

Preferred Product Exposure

Specialty risks, surety, trade credit, financial lines, warranty & extended warranty, parametric insurance, property & casualty.
