- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with phone call coverage required
- Equal call rotation shared with other providers
- 18 - 20 scheduled patients per day
- Patient mix -- adult 70%, geriatric 20%, pediatric 10%
- Family medicine or internal medicine experience required
- Must be able to treat adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
