About the role :

Location - Bangalore, India

Employed by ADPCX | Working for CC33

Working Hours - 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm IST / 9 am - 6pm BST, Monday- Friday

Would you like an interesting customer service role where no two calls are the same?

The role is taking inbound calls from a number of different clients which include: local authorities and a mixture of blue chip and SME businesses. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming calls, listening carefully to queries and dealing with them professionally and patiently. We are looking for confident, reliable and committed people to join our office-based inbound call handling team. A clear and articulate telephone manner and excellent attention to detail are essential!

Main duties include:

- Taking inbound calls from a variety of customers based in UK and Scotland

- Accurately record all details on the script, including name, number, and detailed messages.

-Follow each script accurately.

-Take your own initiative on calls while following the script.

-Utilise computerised systems for administrative tasks.
