Guide and inspire customers - offer friendly, expert advice on styling, gifting, furniture, and whole-home design to help them feel confident and at home.
Support sales through design - use creative visual storytelling and consultative guidance to showcase products and encourage discovery.
Create a welcoming environment - maintain an impeccably presented showroom that feels calm, inviting, and reflective of Neptune's brand.
Lead seasonal updates and campaigns - help implement product launches, display changes, and local marketing initiatives with flair and attention to detail.
Keep the showroom running smoothly - support stock management, daily operations, and customer care to ensure a seamless experience for all.
