Robles Construction is a Denver-based concrete contractor. Our trained crews self-perform foundations, footings, stem walls, slabs and flatwork, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and site and city concrete for general contractors, school districts, and public agencies. We are a certified MBE/DBE/SBE contractor (City & County of Denver and CDOT/Colorado UCP) with a Denver right-of-way license, and we are growing.The roleYou will own concrete bids from takeoff to award, then run the jobs you win.Quantity takeoffs and bid pricing for structural concrete (foundations, walls, piers, slabs) and right-of-way work (curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, alleys, driveways)Read full plan sets, specs, and CDOT and Denver DOTI standards; write RFIs and clarificationsBuild crew, production, material, and equipment pricing; prepare clear proposals with scope and exclusionsManage awarded projects: schedule, submittals, mix designs, pours, inspections, change orders, and pay appsCoordinate with GCs, inspectors, suppliers, and our field foremenWhat we're looking for5+ years estimating and/or managing concrete work; structural and public right-of-way experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of CDOT and City & County of Denver specs and inspection processesBluebeam or similar takeoff software; strong ExcelField background is a plus; Spanish/English bilingual is a plusValid driver's licensePay: $85,000 – $130,000 per year, depending on experienceBenefits: Paid time off (PTO), company-provided cell phone and laptopSchedule: Full-time, Monday – FridayHow to applyEmail your resume and a short note about recent concrete projects you've bid or managed to .
