Mandatory Skills

10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines). Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ modules: Configuration Commerce Pricing Document Designer Approvals & Workflows BML / BMQL Experience in Oracle CPQ administration including Data Tables, File Manager, User & Group Management, Migration Centre, Environment Management. Expertise in Oracle Asset Based Ordering (ABO). Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and CPQ integrations. Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, CRM and ERP systems. Hands-on experience in Java Script, j Query, XML, XSLT and web services. Strong troubleshooting, debugging and performance tuning skills. Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement Oracle CPQ solutions for complex Quote-to-Cash processes. Develop Configuration, Commerce, Pricing and Approval workflows. Build and maintain BML/BMQL scripts, integrations and custom extensions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Lead technical discussions, code reviews and development best practices. Support SIT, UAT, production deployments and post-production issues. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. Drive solution standardization and continuous improvements across CPQ implementations.

Good to Have

Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification. Experience with Oracle Fusion CX/ERP, OIC or Boomi. Exposure to Redwood UI/UX. Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial domain.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead offshore/onshore teams. Self-motivated with ownership and delivery focus.
