Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Environmental Project Manager role based in Kota. The Environmental Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of environmental projects from inception to completion. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations and policies. The role involves conducting and reviewing environmental impact assessments, preparing technical reports, and presenting findings to internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities. The Environmental Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, engages with local stakeholders and communities, and implements mitigation measures to minimize environmental risks. The position also involves tracking project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the integration of sustainable practices across operations. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Environmental Science and Environmental Policy, with the ability to interpret and apply environmental standards and guidelines. Experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Compliance, including preparation of documentation and interaction with regulatory bodies. Proficiency in Environmental Consulting, with skills in stakeholder engagement, project scoping, and solution-oriented advisory support. Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget oversight. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with competence in data analysis and report writing. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and community stakeholders. Ability to work on-site in Kota, manage field activities, and adapt to changing project needs. Familiarity with environmental monitoring tools, GIS or related software, and standard office productivity tools is an advantage.
