LIFE Educare is seeking PYPC for its upcoming IB School at Vadodara,GJ. Position: PYP Coordinator Location: Vadodara,GJ Interested candidates with relevant experience can reach me at . Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) across the school. Ensure effective implementation of PYP philosophy, framework, and approaches to teaching and learning. Support teachers in unit planning, inquiry-based learning, assessment, and documentation . Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive academic feedback. Plan and facilitate PYP-related professional development and teacher training . Coordinate curriculum planning and ensure alignment across grade levels. Support teachers in developing transdisciplinary learning experiences. Monitor student learning, assessment practices, and academic progress. Facilitate communication and collaboration among teachers, leadership, students, and parents. Ensure school practices remain aligned with IB standards and practices . Coordinate with the IB for programme requirements, evaluations, and documentation. Promote a culture of inquiry, reflection, collaboration, and lifelong learning . Desired Profile: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject. IB PYP experience is essential. PYP Coordinator / Leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of inquiry-based and concept-driven learning. Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
