Think Digital Online is expanding its Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing team, and we are looking for energetic, analytical, and result-oriented Media Buyers.

We welcome both experienced professionals and freshers who are serious about building a career in performance marketing. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns

• Work across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and other paid traffic channels

• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research

• Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS and overall campaign profitability

• Analyze search terms, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels

• Optimize campaigns through bidding, targeting, budget allocation, and testing

• Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports

• Identify new opportunities to scale profitable campaigns

• Coordinate with creative, development, tracking, and business teams
