b Overview /b p In this role you will design and deliver engaging leadership and learning development training to a broad NHS workforce. You will create immersive, multi-method learning experiences both remotely and face-to-face, collaborating with fellow trainers to align solutions with organisational objectives. The role is fast-paced, requiring agility and energy, while offering a supportive environment focused on development and wellbeing. You will contribute to a mission of outstanding care by building staff capabilities and delivering meaningful training impact. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li health and wellbeing /li li annual leave /li li flexible working options /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver engaging training content across leadership and learning development topics /li li Create and translate immersive learning experiences for remote and in-person delivery /li li Collaborate with fellow trainers and leads to align training solutions with organisational objectives /li li Plan, deliver and evaluate training events to meet diverse learning needs /li li Support personal and professional development through ongoing coaching and feedback /li li Travel between sites as required and maintain high standards under pressure /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Up-to-date knowledge of training delivery and development /li li Understanding of teaching and learning theory and best practices /li li Experience in planning, creating, leading and evaluating training events /li li IT literate with good knowledge of IT Packages (Microsoft Office) /li li Significant experience in developing and delivering training programmes /li li Excellent group facilitation and interpersonal skills /li li Ability to manage time, work under pressure and adapt to change /li li Analytical and problem-solving abilities /li li Self-motivated, flexible team worker /li li Rehabilitation/Disclosure checks as required /li /ul ul li strong interpersonal skills /li li resilience /li li adaptability /li li IT literacy /li li Microsoft Office /li li knowledge of training media and presentation techniques /li /ul
