Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Chartered Accountant with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience, or a semi-qualified CA not appearing for CA final. The professional will handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and limited reviews across various sectors, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, working papers, and audit documentation; assisting in direct and indirect tax computations and filings; and supporting advisory assignments related to risk, corporate finance, and regulatory matters. The role also involves liaising with clients for information, clarifications, and walkthroughs, participating in planning and execution of engagements, and contributing to process improvements within the firm. The professional will work closely with partners and senior team members, maintaining high standards of integrity, quality, and client service.

Qualifications
- Qualified CA with 1–3 years of experience, or semi-qualified CA (completed IPCC/Intermediate) not appearing for CA final, preferably with mid-size or large firm experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, and financial reporting, including preparation and review of financial statements and working papers.
- Exposure to direct and indirect taxation, including tax audits, basic tax computations, return filings, and understanding of regulatory compliances.
- Experience or interest in audit & assurance, risk and advisory, and corporate finance-related assignments such as due diligence and valuations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting/audit software; comfort working in an automated, research-oriented environment.
- Effective communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- High level of professional ethics, willingness to learn, and readiness to take responsibility for engagement deliverables.
