Job Title: Architect

Location: Powai, Mumbai

About Us: THE WOODPECKERS is a dynamic interior design firm specializing in creating innovative and functional spaces. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of high-end interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop architectural designs and concepts for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes.

● Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and contractors to create detailed project plans.

● Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3 D models using software like Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Photoshop.

● Assess site conditions, conduct feasibility studies, and provide design solutions.

● Coordinate with engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.

● Ensure timely project execution by supervising construction and installation processes.

● Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

● Lead architectural design and planning for commercial high-rise buildings and corporate interior projects.

● Review and approve detailed working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.

Requirements :

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

● 10+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in interior commercial projects.

● Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Bim, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.

● Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.

● Excellent communication and project management skills.

● Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
