Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to managers on employee conduct and performance issues, ensuring compliance with bargaining agreements Assist in labor relations matters, including preparing for cases and engaging with union leadership Participate in workforce planning activities and develop professional development curricula Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; a Master's Degree may be substituted with additional experience 14 years of human resources experience can be substituted for no degree Must possess a Secret clearance
