Team Member - MIS & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management

• Conduct project-wise profitability, cash flow, and cost analysis

• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) and provide business insights

• Streamline and automate MIS processes for improved efficiency and accuracy

• Prepare standalone financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act

requirements

• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors

• Ensure timely closure of audits and resolution of audit queries

• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

• Ensure compliance with investor agreements and RERA regulations across projects

• Monitor and manage 70:30 RERA escrow accounts and fund utilization

• Coordinate RERA filings, certifications, and disclosures

• Liaise with legal and regulatory authorities as required

• Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition processes

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies

• Monitor receivables, payables, and project fund flows

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities

• Collaborate with project, finance, legal, and sales teams

• Coordinate with banks for escrow and compliance requirements

• Support management with data-driven insights and decision-making

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in MIS reporting and financial analysis

• Good understanding of RERA compliance and real estate regulations

• Experience in statutory audits and financial statement preparation

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Exposure to project financing and escrow management

• Process improvement and automation mindset

• Experience in big 4 & Real Estate
