Architect

Responsibilities: • Lead the design and space planning of coworking environments, focusing on flexibility, functionality, and aesthetics. • Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinatingwith contractors, engineers, and internal teams. • Develop architectural and interior design drawings, construction documents, and ensure compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align designs with BHIVE’s brand. • Integrate sustainable practices and the latest design trends into projects. • Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction. • Prepare layouts as per client requirement & BHIVE Standards • Work closely with account managers on providing layouts as requested. • Collaborate with QS & Procurement for Additional Costing to Client • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and solution details.
