RSVP & Hospitality Manager

<b>Role Summary - RSVP &amp; Hospitality Manager<br /></b>As an RSVP &amp; Hospitality Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and their guests, ensuring a seamless guest experience from the beginning of the event journey until execution. This is a highly people-facing role that requires exceptional communication, organisation, and attention to detail.<br /><b>Key Highlights:<br /></b><ul><li>Lead guest communication via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.</li><li>Manage live RSVP updates and maintain accurate guest data, including travel, rooming, transfers, dietary preferences, and other event logistics.</li><li>Update Google Sheets in real time, as clients actively monitor project progress.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, hotels, venues, travel partners, and vendors to ensure smooth event planning.</li><li>Work primarily from home, but remain actively available at your laptop throughout working hours to manage guest communication and project updates.</li><li>Travel opportunities for destination weddings and events across India and internationally, whenever assigned.</li><li>Undergo extensive training in guest communication, hospitality standards, and client handling.</li><li>Use tools such as WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, ChatGPT, and other productivity tools on a daily basis.</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment where handling multiple conversations, solving problems, and maintaining accuracy are part of everyday work.<br /></li></ul><b>What We're Looking For:<br /></b><ul><li>Excellent written and spoken English.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Confidence in handling people and solving guest queries.</li><li>Ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Comfort with technology and Google Workspace.</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.<br /></li></ul><b>Important to Know:<br /></b><ul><li>This is a communication-intensive role where you'll spend most of your workday managing guest interactions.</li><li>Flexibility is important, as weddings and events may require occasional work beyond regular office hours and travel for on-ground event execution.</li><li>We value initiative, reliability, and consistency over simply being online.</li><li>We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in growing with us, with a minimum expected commitment of 18 months</li><li>Accepting Mumbai based candidates only.<br /></li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?zD2%2faTU03JHFsIrdUfLC53RasCe7v4Ros" width="0" height="0" />
