Sales Executive

Hiring: Sales Executive - Elahi Music Studio We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales professional to join Elahi Music someone with a genuine track record of closing deals, not just chasing leads. What you'll own: Cold calling and outbound outreach to convert inquiries into bookings Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal Building and maintaining strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals Following up on leads from our marketing campaigns and converting them efficiently Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets What we're looking for: Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets this is non-negotiable, we need someone who's actually done it before Strong cold-calling and negotiation skills Confident, persistent, and comfortable owning the full sales conversation, not just following a script Excellent communication skills Hindi/Punjabi/English Prior experience in a service-based industry (studio, salon, real estate, education, or similar) is a strong plus What we offer: Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience) A real opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling music studio and label Direct exposure to the music industry, working alongside artists and producers Mohali (On-site, Full-time) If you've got real sales numbers behind you and want to bring that energy to a growing brand we want to hear from you.
