Instead of relying only on theoretical learning, students learn by building projects, completing assignments, taking regular assessments, attending doubt sessions, and developing practical skills required for internships and placements. We are looking for Academic Partners who can help us reach students who want to become more industry-ready and placement-ready . Who We're Looking For This opportunity is specifically for people who already have direct access to or strong relationships with technical students, colleges, or academic institutions. Ideal partners include: Training & Placement (T&P) Officers HODs and Department Heads Deans College Faculty Members Placement Coordinators Academic Coordinators Professors and Lecturers Technical Trainers College/University Representatives Education Consultants with college networks Individuals with established student communities or institutional connections Our primary focus is on people connected with engineering, computer science, IT and other technology-related students. Important This is not a cold-calling or telecalling sales job. We are looking for individuals who already have access to relevant students or institutions and can introduce GenZCoderBuddy's programs to them. What You'll Do As an Academic Partner, you will help GenZCoderBuddy connect with relevant students and institutions. Your responsibilities may include: Identifying students who need additional technical training for placements Introducing GenZCoderBuddy's programs to students Connecting us with college departments, T&P cells, HODs or academic teams Helping organize student outreach, workshops or training opportunities Sharing course information with relevant student groups Facilitating communication between interested students/institutions and GenZCoderBuddy Identifying opportunities where our programs can complement existing college placement training You will not be responsible for teaching or delivering the courses. GenZCoderBuddy handles the curriculum, instructors, classes, projects, assessments, assignments, doubt sessions and student training. Our Courses 1. Generative AI Duration: 2 Months Course Fee: ₹8,000 A practical Generative AI program designed to help students understand modern AI technologies and build practical applications. Students learn through hands-on work and projects rather than purely theoretical instruction. Best suited for: Engineering, Computer Science, IT, AI/ML and other students interested in building skills in Generative AI. 2. DSA with Python Duration: 4 Months Course Fee: ₹9,000 A structured Data Structures & Algorithms program using Python, designed to strengthen students' programming fundamentals and problem-solving abilities. The course helps students prepare for: Coding assessments Technical interviews Software engineering placements Competitive programming fundamentals Problem-solving rounds Best suited for: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, Computer Science, IT and other students preparing for software/technical placements. 3. Full Stack Development — MERN Duration: 6 Months Course Fee: ₹10,000 A practical Full Stack Development program covering the MERN stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js. Students learn by building real-world applications and projects while developing the skills needed to create a strong technical portfolio. The program focuses on: Frontend development Backend development Databases APIs Full-stack applications Real-world projects Portfolio development Best suited for: Students interested in software development, web development, internships and full-stack developer roles.
