Business Finance Qualification: B.com/ Pursuing CA Role Overview Moneyview is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join its Business Finance team. The role will provide exposure to financial analysis, business performance evaluation, cost optimisation and cross-functional finance initiatives. The candidate will work closely with various business teams and support data-driven decision-making, process improvement and automation initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities • Perform variance and trend analysis across key financial and business metrics. • Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance trends, exceptions and areas requiring attention. • Support cost optimization initiatives through detailed analysis and tracking of relevant cost drivers. • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant financial insights. • Assist in preparing periodic business and financial analyses for internal stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing finance workflows. • Use Excel, Power BI and GenAI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of financial analysis and reporting. • Support ad hoc business finance projects and analyses based on organizational requirements. Eligibility and Skills • Article ship experience with a Big Four firm is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with Power BI and GenAI tools. • Ability to work with large datasets and communicate financial insights clearly.
