Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – SCM

We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – SCM to lead functional support, issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement in a global AMS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Dynamics 365 SCM / AX 2012 .
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, enhancements, and RCA.
• Support end-to-end Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing, and Production processes.
• Lead requirement gathering, impact analysis, functional design, SIT/UAT, and deployments.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Microsoft support.
• Drive process optimization and recommend D365-based improvements.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL, SLA, incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Mentor support teams and contribute to knowledge management and best practices.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365, with strong expertise in D365 SCM .
• Extensive experience across Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing, and Production .
• Mandatory experience in AMS / Managed Application Support environments.
• Strong understanding of D365 architecture, LCS, DEV/UAT/PROD, workflows, and data management .
• Experience with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or Azure DevOps .
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in global onsite-offshore support models .
