We are looking for talented professionals to join our Corporate Events team. 1) OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE Location: Andheri W, Mumbai Experience: Minimum 2 Years Industry: Events – Corporate Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end event operations and on-ground execution . Coordinate with vendors, production teams, venues, and other stakeholders. Handle event logistics, timelines, setup, and execution requirements. Work closely with the Client Servicing and Creative teams to deliver events smoothly. Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure timely execution. Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. 2) CLIENT SERVICING MANAGER Location: Andheri W, Mumbai Experience: Minimum 2 Years Industry: Events – Corporate Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact. Understand client briefs and translate them into clear event requirements. Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Strategy teams. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication. Ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction . Handle multiple projects and resolve client requirements effectively. Common Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced events environment . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
