BIM Architect Full-time | Work From Office | Kolkata, West Bengal | 3 Years of Experience Company Description Salient is a multidisciplinary design practice working across architecture, landscape, interiors, urban design, and master planning. We are looking for a BIM Architect with strong architectural understanding, technical proficiency, and experience in developing and coordinating BIM-based project workflows. Role Description The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary information, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across project documentation from design development through execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage architectural BIM models across different project stages Prepare coordinated drawings, details, schedules, and construction documentation Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP teams Identify and resolve model clashes, documentation issues, and coordination gaps Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy, and consistency across project deliverables Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent) Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
