Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Analyze social media insights to guide future social media campaigns.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design, including profiles, covers, and other visuals.
• Liaise with external agencies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role for 3–5 years.
• Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical skills and effectiveness at problem-solving.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Certification in social media management or digital marketing is advantageous.
• Experience with content scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

Skills

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
