Role Description The Team Lead role at Tezzract Fintech Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai(Andheri East) The team lead will oversee the team, plan and allocate work, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Disursal of Loans to MSMEs. Responsibilities include coordinating daily stand-ups, tracking progress against milestones, and resolving blockers. The team lead is expected to support continuous process improvement and foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-orientated team culture. The CTC is in the range of Rs 5-6 Lacs plus good incentives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams, including task allocation, performance feedback, and coaching. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution. Proven ability to analyse problems, make decisions, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with on-site work in Mumbai and willingness to work closely with a team of telemarketing executives (TME's) and deliver MSME Unsecured loan through them.If this position excites you, then share your resume at
