Internship - Founder's Office

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder's Office Intern who will work closely with the founders and gain hands-on exposure to multiple functions of the business. This is a generalist role where the intern will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities across accounting, marketing, compliance, HR operations, business operations, and administrative activities . The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, learning quickly, working independently, and coordinating with different stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist the founders with day-to-day business operations and special projects . Support accounting, financial reporting, and expense management . Assist with marketing, market research, and business development initiatives . Support compliance, documentation, and coordination with external professionals . Handle HR operations , including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and coordination. Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business analysis as required. Take ownership of operational responsibilities assigned by the founders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech, or any relevant field. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and take ownership of responsibilities. Basic understanding of accounting, business operations, marketing, or finance will be an added advantage.
