PRIME BPO is Hiring – Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier)

PRIME BPO is looking for a detail oriented and confident Final Expense (FE) Verifier to join our growing team. This is a full time, on site role ideal for candidates with BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and want to build a strong career in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standardsIdentify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if daily/weekly targets are not achieved

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory)
• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Regular Students are not eligible to apply
