Chief Financial Officer

Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience & expertise) ‍ Experience: 4–10 Years About the Role We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and drive financial excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, taxation, and business strategy. This role requires someone who can partner with leadership to make data-driven financial decisions while ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals. Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability. Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, ROC, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements. Oversee accounting operations, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls. Build MIS reports and financial dashboards for management decision-making. Manage banking relationships, funding, and treasury operations. Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial efficiency. Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments. Support business expansion, investments, and strategic initiatives. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Required Qualifications CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting. 4–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Leadership roles. Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance. Experience in cash flow management, MIS reporting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership. Preferred Skills Experience in fundraising, banking, or investor reporting. Knowledge of ERP implementation and automation.
