About the Role The Family Support Counselor provides family-centered mental health counseling, support, crisis intervention, and care coordination services for youth and their families. As part of a multidisciplinary team, Family Support Counselors deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive services in homes, schools, and community settings, helping youth and families build stability, strengthen relationships, and address challenges that may impact their well-being and daily functioning.
