The ideal candidate should have strong Oracle ERP experience, proven team management skills, and expertise in managing the complete P2P lifecycle. Key Requirements ✅ Graduate (Mandatory) ✅ Currently working as an On-Paper Manager (Mandatory) ✅ 10 to 19 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay Operations ✅ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP ✅ End-to-End P2P process expertise including Procurement, Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and Payments ✅ Experience leading and managing teams of 10 to 15 members ✅ Strong stakeholder management and operational excellence skills ✅ Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end P2P operations and service delivery Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 to 15 associates Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: Ph No- Best regards Ramya V
