About the teamZillow Rentals connects renters with property owners and managers through tools for advertising, leasing, and payments. Within Rentals, the Integration Solutions team helps keep partner systems connected across listings, leads, touring, messaging, and applications. We support hundreds of integrations powering approximately 1.5 million rental units, helping partners deliver a reliable experience from initial inquiry through lease signing.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll provide technical leadership as an individual contributor on the Integration Solutions team. Working across product, engineering, support, and enterprise partners, you’ll resolve complex integration issues and develop documentation, tools, and monitoring that improve reliability and help teams support partners effectively.
Develop and improve AI-assisted knowledge and diagnostic tools to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
Improve operational tools and workflows, including Zendesk, Slack automations, Airtable, and monitoring dashboards.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. 5-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical account management, implementation, integration support, or related work.
~ Skilled in XML, JSON, data mapping, and feed-based integrations, including the Multifamily Information and Transactions Standards (MITS) schema.
~ Familiar with application programming interfaces (APIs), REST, webhooks, and tools such as Postman. production coding is not required.
~ Able to translate technical information into clear explanations for partners, engineers, and business leaders.
~ Experienced in identifying patterns across issues and turning findings into practical process or system improvements.
~ Able to coordinate work across teams, manage competing priorities, and follow issues through resolution while documenting and sharing findings.
~ Interested in developing and improving AI-assisted workflows that help teams work effectively.
~ Experience in property technology, multifamily operations, or business-to-business software, including property management software, customer relationship management systems, internet listing services, or related integrations.
