Pop On Veneers is hiring a Senior Meta Media Buyer to help manage large-scale direct response advertising campaigns.

We are one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer smile brands in the United States, spending heavily across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other acquisition channels.This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing beyond surface-level metrics and thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day execution and monitoring of our Meta advertising accounts, including:Launching and structuring campaigns inside Meta Ads ManagerMonitoring campaign performance closely throughout the dayAssisting with scaling, budget allocation, and optimizationsIdentifying creative fatigue and performance shifts earlyAnalyzing KPIs including CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, CVR, and hook ratesReporting insights and trends to the media buying and creative teamsHelping maintain account organization, tracking accuracy, and operational consistency
This is not a “set it and forget it” role.We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and deeply comfortable inside Ads Manager.
Qualifications5+ years of hands-on Meta/Facebook ads experienceAt least 1 year of experience with MotionStrong understanding of direct response e-commerce advertisingExperience working with medium-to-high spend accounts preferredFamiliarity with:Advantage+ABO/CBO structuresPixel/event trackingAttribution modelsCreative testing frameworksRetargeting strategiesStrong spreadsheet and reporting skillsAbility to spot performance issues quickly and think critically about solutions
