This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships with potential franchisees. The role includes developing business plans, presenting franchise opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding. The Franchise Sales Manager will work to achieve sales targets, contribute to the growth of the franchise network, and maintain consistent communication with prospective partners.

• Proven skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with experience in managing and expanding a franchise network
• Ability to create and execute Business Planning strategies for franchise development
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and client acquisition strategies
• Strong Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
• Adaptability and teamwork with a focus on achieving organizational growth objectives
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Familiarity with the laundry or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
