Job Description

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity at an outpatient pediatric walk-in clinic in Colorado Springs.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working with children and families in a collaborative clinic environment. You'll work alongside providers and other healthcare professionals to assess patients, support daily clinical operations, and provide nursing care in a busy outpatient setting.

The position offers a consistent weekday schedule with one day off during the week and the potential to transition into a permanent role with the facility.

Schedule & Position Details

• $32.39–$46.98/hour, based on qualifications

• Four 10-hour shifts per week

• Monday through Friday, with one weekday off

• Approximately 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Temp-to-hire opportunity

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and patient triage

• Support providers with routine and urgent patient care needs

• Assist with immunizations, medication management, and patient follow-up

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care

• Coordinate care with providers, medical assistants, and other healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record

• Assist with lab results, patient communications, and clinical workflows

• Help maintain a safe, organized, and supportive clinic environment
