In the description, explain that assignments vary throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas.Employment TypePart-TimeIf LinkedIn offers Temporary or Contract separately, use whichever matches how you are actually classifying these workers.Job DescriptionBucks County Events & Staffing Co. is expanding our event staffing roster and seeking experienced Banquet & Event Servers for weddings, private events, country clubs, catering companies, hotels, and upscale event venues throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.We currently have immediate weekend opportunities available and are continuing to add new venue and catering partnerships.This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking for flexible event-based work without committing to a traditional restaurant schedule.Responsibilities may include:Setting up banquet and event spacesButler-passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hourPlated, buffet, and station-style meal serviceTableside guest interactionWater, bread, wine, and coffee serviceClearing tables and carrying traysMaintaining service areas throughout the eventAssisting catering and venue management as neededEvent cleanup and breakdown at the conclusion of serviceWhat We’re Looking For:Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, country club, hotel, or event-serving experience preferredProfessional appearance and communicationStrong guest-service skillsReliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working evenings and weekendsDependable and punctualAbility to remain on your feet for extended event shiftsComfortable following the service standards and direction of each client or venueSchedule:Event-based and flexible.
