Job Description
Mentor Match is an online tutoring platform serving students across IGCSE, British, American, IB, and CBSE curricula. We're looking for a Renewals Specialist to own our renewals revenue and keep our families learning with us.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver monthly renewals revenue targets
- Reach out to parents ahead of package expiries and drive renewals and upgrades
- Use student progress data to demonstrate value in parent conversations
- Flag at-risk students early and work with internal teams to retain them
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and revenue forecasts
What We're Looking For
- Available to join immediately
- 1–3 years in renewals, retention, or inside sales (EdTech a plus)
- Proven record of hitting revenue targets
- Excellent English communication; empathetic yet persuasive
- Reliable home-office setup for a fully remote role
Compensation
₹40,000/month fixed + performance incentives tied to renewal revenue.
