Hiring Customer Support Associate for a FMCG Brand for International Voice Process.

Qualifications:

• Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems, video conferencing tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles (support, service, or account coordination) is preferred)
