Compensation & BenefitsThis is a senior leadership position, and the compensation package reflects that.Base Salary: $185k+Annual Performance Bonus: $10k-25k (tied to the quality of the work, development of the team, and strength of the practice)Origination Incentive: A direct share of new business you bring to the firm
