Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Java Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, and database management, with solid working knowledge of both Linux and Windows environments.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Java Developer based in the Pune Division, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust front-end and back-end web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing scalable code, implementing APIs, ensuring optimized user experiences, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications

- Develop backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot

- Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React

- Integrate applications with MySQL and MongoDB databases

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

- Deploy and troubleshoot applications on Linux and Windows systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Ensure application security and performance optimization

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development
• Skills in Front-End Development, including expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Strong foundation in Software Development principles and practices
• Ability to design and implement cohesive, scalable application architectures
• Experience with Java and associated frameworks
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
